Chantecler - what are some things to look for?

I have just done some reading on this breed after I found someone locally selling them. They sound like great birds, especially for our conditions, imagine that, as I am in Canada? haha

Anyway, is there anything specific I should look for? Traits, colouring, attitude/temperament, size or anything? I would love to pick some nice, healthy girls. They are around 6 months old. The ones I am going to look at are White.

Our 18 week Australorp came strutting when he saw these new girls

Thanks, I am the proud new owner of 6 white Chantecler hens, however in the blowing, cold snow, I may have picked a roo, or two... Fingers crossed at worst there is only 1!!!

They are 6 months old, so I should know soon.
