Chaos in brooder

There’s been chaos in brooder. I have California White that’s really on top of pecking order. Chase others from food and water. Knocks others off perch and will chase one chick around and around. Will also jump on backs of resting chicks. They’re about 5 1/2 weeks old. Roo?
I know there’s a pecking order but my Callie maybe a Carl?

thats a lot of comb and wattle development for 5.5 weeks - likely a male. However, thats also some pretty consistent aggressive behavior for that age, so you may not want to keep that one if the behavior is consistent as it ages. Pecking order is one thing, but some just are more aggressive.
