Charlotte's Web hemp balm

Also I am not sure what that black spot is in the middle of her comb. That appeared one day last week when it wasn't cold and I thought at first she just got something stuck on there like a piece of blueberry skin or something but it is still there. Not sure if she got pecked by one of her sisters or if that is something to also worry about.

The black spot looks like a scab, could be from pecking, or from scraping it on something (i.e. wire fencing).

really hard to tell in this picture. Just starting to get a bit purple at ends and today a bit more-so to a darker grey. We have great ventillation - never any fog on the windows etc..I pick out every single poop every day and tons of warm bedding - they get lots of protein and the other girls look good. Here is the best pic I got yesterday but not a great shot

Hard to tell if that's frostbite or not. She's a Brown Leghorn - is she laying eggs consistently? Any swelling or fluid below the vent between her legs?
Crops emptying overnight?
Their combs can be a bit floppy at times.

I agree with @rosemarythyme the spot on the comb looks like a peck injury.

I also agree, IF the comb shows signs of frostibite, it's best to leave it alone and not rub anything into it.

Nice coop and birds!
