I have newer laying chickens that are laying small eggs and am wondering if there's a chart somewhere on here that uses grams for measuring the eggs. I have a book that gives sizing by ounces, but that's not really good enough for sizing them in my opinion. I need to know so I can bake with my eggs! My eggs are mostly 42-43 grams right now. The pictures charts below are from the My Pet Chicken Handbook.
