She just passed away, the final one killed her. I just checked on her about 10-15 minutes ago, & she was fine.

It's possible, though I've only noticed her odd behavior this morning when she came out for some corn. It's hard to stand out, & watch the birds in this cold weather for so long.

Pretty sure it was a second stroke that killed her.
Before her death, she was like both alert, & not quite there. It's hard to explain, but other then that, she was fine.

Gonna do a necropsy tomorrow, just to be sure she didn't have anything else that lead up to her death.

Well, got another surprise. The Buff Orpington cockerel now has a problem. His foot is frozen solid.

Well, I have him downstairs by the woodstove so it can slowly defrost. Then observe if the tissue is damaged, or not.

If his foot becomes black, or whatever I'll probably put him down.
