I escalated the issue to the owner of the chat company. If I don't hear back in the next 48 hours I'm going to look for a new chat solution.


(which isn't as easy as you may think since it has to integrate into our user system, bans, administration, etc. and be something you all like)

Okay kids, let's give this a try.

I've installed a test forum chat to see if it will work on our servers, not be too resource heavy, and if you guys like it.

NOTES:

1) Do NOT use a password. Just type in your username and you'll get access. (in fact, if you try to use a password you will NOT be able to get in)
2) We're not saying we're moving to this chat. We're just putting it up until the other gets fixed and are testing it to see how it works.
3) If you have any problems with this chat, please reply with: Your browser and version. Exactly what you did to get to the point where you had a problem, and any error messages you received. If you don't provide all that info we can't help you with your problem.

Remember, do not put in your password, just your username and click "Login"
