Chat is not working.

You all are too funny. Saying "I don't like this" doesn't help us any. So, we're going to ignore all statements like, "This isn't as good." or "I like the other one better." or "My dog thinks his chat is better than this new chat!" since none of those comments help us make things better.

Regarding the complexity of the chat... you just click "chat" and start typing. The private message system isn't "as good", but there are a lot of other better features.

We know peeps don't like change, but please help us by providing feedback that is helpful and not just complaining.

Why are there so many channels? I think it would be easier to use if there was just one.

Chat logs you out if you go idle. Especially during the day when there aren't that many people on, and we usually have to "wait around" for someone to come on. If they come on, and we are away from the computer, and it has logged us out, they see us as gone rather than in chat. The log out time has got to be around 5-10 min tops... Is there a way we can change this?

not trying to complain...just would like to make chat easier to use.

From what I understand you should only be logged out if you close the window. Are peeps getting logged out when they are just watching and not actually typing? I'll have to give this a test. Either way, I'll look into it and see what I can do!

Well, I've been sitting in chat for 20 minutes and not been booted (even though I've not said anything for the whole time), so I'm not sure why some are and some are not.

If you get booted off, please let us know what browser are you using, how long you were in chat before you got booted, if you were actively typing when you got booted, and how long you were idle before getting booted.
