chat issue...

For the first time since chatting on here for me anyways chat is stuck lol.... I tried reloading my computer but it is still like that so I don't know what to say.

I can type and see people come and go but can't get my post to show. I can also open pms but I don't know...

I think it happens when 10 of us are on at once, it gets overloaded, so when i see this happen i disconnect and do some chores and check back later.

me too, probably lucky as I get nothing done around here!
I now make sure i get my chores done before i log in!
I have a big problem in that: i cannot bring myself to sign out, my finger just doesnt want to hit the disconnect button.

Well, I just went in and it is working fine for me. Keep me posted if it continues to happen.

Also, whenever you have problems please post as much info as possible to help us troubleshoot. Stuff like browser version, last time chat worked for you, when the problem happend, etc. etc. etc.

Well it didn't have any thing to do with how many people are on there cause there was like 10 then like 6 disappeared and then I tried to type and nothing... so... Both netscape and IE were messed up.

I have a mac.

again last nite on chat i kept tryin to send messags and they would not show up on the chat page. or would show up 5 min later. it would also say i have quit when i hadn't done so but once.
hope you can find the problem. there was only 2 people in chat besides me.

Again, we can't and won't troubleshoot this until we get very specific information:

Exact time / date it happens (EST, PST, etc)
Browser type
Browser version
Is it happening to others at the same time
When was the last time it worked for you

I've gone into chat throughout the day and it works fine for me.
