Alaskan, 65 huh, how long will that "high" temp hold? 24 hours?? You're starting to scare me.....

Cricket, Every time my DH watches the Alaska Frontier show he talks about wanting to go and live there! I told him NO WAY! I am not giving up my indoor plumbing and heat and air for anything and I love having at least two seasons to go outside and do stuff! I don't do well in the extreme cold!!!!!

I think over here ... if everyone wants ... i can do at least a once or twice a week summary ... i say that instead of daily b/c some days over here are truly slow .... or at least they are for now .... whatta ya'll think ?

I couldn't expect you to do that, Sil, that is a lot of work.

I think it is getting colder here in south AL. than it ever used to get! More and more it seems the weather is getting rougher on us all!

I hear you. We watch it too. He finally convinced me to go since his 30 yo niece has lived up there past 4 years. Wanted to go before she came back to West Virginia or PA. I agreed. After the fact, she called and said she was relocating in June back to WV.!!!! Duh!!! Said she was tired of the cold!!!! Double duh!!!

Giggle, we wanted to go and better get her done before we get too old!!!

Looking forward to it but it's gonna cost some $$$$$ honey 'cause I am going to get some GOOD thermals!!!

I hear ya honey! Go have loads of fun and take lots of pics! It looks beautiful from what I have seen! I can imagine it will cost a pretty penny. But well worth it to go have a good time!
