when mine got a virus, I was able to d/l pctools trial and it fixed it

not as far as we know ... it has antivirus ... hmmm

has the av been updated lately? or maybe not on......also, when a virus scan program is running in the background, scanning, your computer will maybe act up- mine does. Try turning it off.
