Then the next minute, and the next.... try to keep the goal small and manageable. "I can manage this for the next 60 seconds..." Try not to get too far ahead of yourself.
Also, slipping is part of recovery. Get back up as many times as it takes. Receive help from your therapist, BF, and any other support systems (even if that means inpatient treatment or PHP). You are definitely not alone in whatever it is that you're struggling with.
