Just thought I would add, that even though it's showing 7 to 9 ppl in chat, it's not slowing down the forum for me at all; like it used to. Us poor dial up users had to contend with that before.

Okie, gonna try to help here.
First off, are you on dial up? If so, be patient while it loads (you'll probably see a gray screen for a few)
second, if you get to the sign in screen, put in your screen name, leave your password off and click on the enter chat box...see if that works
