I think some one with a GFM should host a poll, asking people their prefered time. Example:

What time on saturday the 27th of march, would you like the chatroom ball to begin? (There will be no ending time)
Choose an option. Example: if you choose 'a.' then you would like the ball to start somewhere between 9:00 am and 12:00 pm

a. 9:00am - 12:00pm

b. 12:00pm - 3:00 pm

c. 3:00pm - 6:00pm

d. 6:00pm - 9:00pm

e. 9:00pm - 12:00am
