Cheap coop expansion ideas?

I ended up getting 6 chicks instead of the 3 I had intended when I purchased and assembled my coop. I tried making an addition but my carpentry skills are lacking horrifically, and I wasted a good chunk of time and wood. So I’m wondering, would my three extra (bantam breeds) have enough room in a 20”L x 17”W x 15”H rabbit hutch attached to the main hen house? I’d add some roosts, if so.
What do y’all think of the idea?

My coop plus the rabbit hutch I’m thinking of attaching

Not sure how you'd attach the hutch to the coop?
And its still rather small for even 3 bantams.
Best bet would be a larger coop to fit all the current and future birds.
Save the tiny coop for future needs(hospital/isolation, broody, more chicks, etc).

Where in this world are you located?
Climate, and time of year, is almost always a factor.
Please add your general geographical location to your profile.
It's easy to do, and then it's always there!

I’ll try and find one but everywhere I look is sold out right now for anything within my budget, unfortunately.

Thanks for showing me how to add my location! I’ve got it added now: Central KY, USA.

I tried building an add on with no luck, it was absolutely atrocious and had holes, exposed screws, etc.
Nobody else really has any building skills that I know of. Electrical and plumbing yes but not quite carpentry

Adding onto one of those tiny coops would take special skills.
Look for plans to build a shed.
