Cheap fertile eggs?

I may be getting brave enough to try hatching shipped eggs, but the first try or 2 I don't want to have a whole lot of money invested. Can I get a dozen eggs for $15 or less counting shipping? No bantams please, only standard sizes. I may consider mutts, but of course would prefer purebred. I don't care if it is a common breed, I don't expect any rare breeds eggs for this price. Thanks!

We can do 16 or a few more eggs for $15, they are mutt eggs, but are normally pure Rhode Island Red, EE, White Leghorn, Barred Rock, or Cuckoo Maran. But may be mixed with a Jersey Blue Giant or BLRW, or themselves.
