I took a video on sunday of the quail processing. It came out bad.

I get my chicks from www.centralhatchery.com . The reason they sell in lots of 100 is they do most of there business with large operations. We order in lots of 500 chicks, never had any problems, but we pickup from hatchery. I don't have any experience with delivery from them.

..i just SO much dont want to screw it up when i have to process them......but..anyways..let me know if you guys want to go in or not..if not....no biggie either way....thanks PC!
