PVC with 12"×24" Sunbeam Heating pad. None of the PVC is glued so I can switch the legs out for longer legs Any feed back? Still debating how to cover the top. Going back and forth between different things to put on top.

Looks nice but yes the heat pad should be on bottom. For the top of mine, I just put down some cardboard once they started trying to hang out up there.

I know it's hard to see (heat pad on left) but my heat pad was Glad Press n Seal-ed to a downward curving wire frame, then the wire frame was zip tied to a wire shelf with legs. That way there was a natural high and low area so the chicks could crawl all the way under the low part, or just stand and press against higher parts.

Cardboard wasn't in place yet in this photo, but it got zip tied on top of the white wire shelf.
