Check out our odd ball EE :) I think she's adorable!

I think she looks like a girl. Feathers lined in white can be very decieving. The color will come to a point inside the outline, but the actual feather tip will be rounded - just very hard to see, especially in a picture. She looks like one of my serama hens that is about the same age - very cute!!

Wow, she is pretty...definitely a mix of something with those tail feathers........and poor Nemo! That beak is EXTREME! He's lucky to have you......

Wow! And I thought our was a one of a kind. When I get a camera, I'll have to take some pictures. Ours has more black on her head. In fact, until recently, she kinda looked like a bird pooed on her head!

Ours does have the cheek tufts, too, though. But overall, the mottled patchwork of colors is very similar and beautiful, I think!

Two years ago I bought 8 EE "pullets" and as they grew one of them was white with black markings....all the rest were shades of browns. That "pullet" is now the father of my other EE roo and both of them are the dads of lots of EE mutts that I have hatched in my new incubators this past month. Hopefully, if yours is a roo, it will have just as nice a personality as my 2 EE roos. I really like the brown markings in your little EE.

This is my white EE roo:

My first roo looked like that as a youngster and he turned out to be a nice looking boy...change a lot before his final feathering came in. This one will probably change more before the final feathering appears.

Beautiful.

ok some of those posts are down right hilarious!!!

Then i'm worried because I think another of that crew may be a roo! They are all 6 weeks old (just looked at our calendar) one jumped up on our brooder the other day looked at me and did like an immature crow!!!

We already have two roo's! We really don't need anymore. But our little ones are so friendly! They love to come up into the house and just sit on our laps,

This is Nemo doing what she does best when we get home., lol. I agree I think Nemo's beak is extreme too, and the person that did it lost his job over it! He was very rough with her when she was a chick and he did that with a net! He hit her with the ring of the net. So the manager gave us a credit for her because no one expected her to live honestly. BUT i got on BYC found that soft foods, and noodles were good for her. Thats what we did, now about half an hour before feeding she runs all the way to the house and I will put her in the bag of layena. She eats her fill, and doesn't have to fight for her food. I know she is very spoiled rotten!!!
