Hey all, part-converted our garden shed here in the UK into a chicken coop.

It’s raised off the floor of the shed so we don’t loose floor storage in the shed and it’s handy for keeping food under there too.

It’s got two big doors on the inside for cleaning, one is removable.

There’s a huge ladder towards the ground and an external egg box. I’ve also hooked up a DIY automatic door using a light sensor.

Thanks, it was a bit of a unique build! It was perfect for us as the shed is quite large and we didn’t want to lose any space in the garden.
