Hard to tell just from the one picture...diffidently worth checking further into it.

It looks worth it to me! You can't build a coop for $75. It doesn't look like it has enough ventilation to me. that could be added. Metal in warmer climates (I don't know where you are) is not ideal, but could be OK in total shade. It's not overly cute, but it isn't ugly. Paint would help. Good luck!
