A returning member,here. I rehomed my flock about 10 years ago. I am now working on and planning a new small flock. Five to ten birds. Not sure we will have a rooster. I depends on what breed I settle on.
I would like a flock of Buckeyes as I had them in the past and they are a great breed. From Ohio and the first breed bred by a woman. If not then a good layer that is friendly. I know Black Auatrolorps and Barred Rocks are both. We will see what I decide and can find.
