Checking-In On Peeps - Post Here To Say Hello!

We have such a vibrant community here at BYC... tons of active friendly members. Of course, life gets busy, so I was thinking it would be fun to start a thread welcoming some of our peeps we haven't heard from in a while.

If that's you, come say hello and let us know what you've been up to. :)

(if that's not you, feel free to invite peeps you haven't seen in a while and say hi to those that post here)
Hi there , sorry to see your message late. I just visited the website again to ask questions 😅
After loosing 5 of my chickens to Fox recently 😢 and the fox is working really hard to get the two survivors.

I lost a bunch to a fox a couple of years ago. He still around, so we are always wary here. Sorry you lost so many birds. I know how devastating it can be.

Hello from LNKY .

Hi, the flock was doing well so I didn't need to browse as much. Lost my Golden Comet over a year ago and now treating my nearly 5 year old Lakenvelder for either Marek's or nutrional deficiency, which is why I logged on and just saw the message asking about posting from last April. Considering getting three more chicks come spring, I love being a chicken tender!

Welcome back. :)

Hi! I just got a message about your check in, and I’m doing well! My flock has added two new members :) Their names are Willow and Hazel. Willow is a Lavender Orpington and Hazel is an Easter Egger. Thank you for checking in!
Congratulations on the new additions. Those are two nice breeds.

Life keep everyone busy. Happy New Year to all. I have expanded to 8 hens and they are all healthy. Iwill be building a bigger coop for them soon. Once I found the FB page I post more on there than I do here. There are always some great pics and lots of great advice that I have used more than once. Again Happy New Year to all.
