Cheep chicken “ hot tub”

Chicken hot tub! I took an old truck tire cut out one side, lined it with some 2x4 ends to make it smooth and filled it with fine material. It took them about a week to figure it out but now they all use it for dust baths. Don’t show this to your chicks - they may want to move to my place.

I done something similar. I took splitting logs and placed them in a circle and filled with play sand

It never snows here and almost never rains and when it does rain we are all out in it because it such a special thing to happen here.
