Cheerios

Are stale "Cheerios" okay for chickens as a treat occasionally? I have a big bag and hate to just toss it, so am wondering if it would be okay to feed them a little bit of them once a week or so. Thoughts?...

We have fed ours Cheerios before, they loved them.

Hey.. people feed them to human babies as first finger foods ALL THE TIME. I'm sure the chickens will love them. However, if you're trying to go all organic and natural w/chicken feed... mmeeh. I wouldn't. (Ditto for humans as well

Thanks folks! Figured they would be okay, but always like to know for sure first when giving them something I didn't make myself!
