1/2 inch thick cream cheese spread on a mini bagel. Otherwise I will take just the cream cheese. Yum.

Congratulations. My first bagels were from a Jewish bakery in Chicago, there are none better. These days I have to buy them in the store.

American cheese melted on a bagel also delicious, and cheddar, and Colby.....

i only eat American cheese on a burger, but only if i'm in the mood. When i was little i liked to eat it plain

You do have to find a good brand, the good ones aren't usually individually wrapped, they come in a big stack and tend to be a bit more firm. Some brands stink and even the dogs won't eat them. The good ones are delicious snacks, especially on a Ritz.
