Cheese lovers! If you could only eat one type of cheese what would it be?

I feel like this poll allowing multiple votes is allowing me to get around the one-for-life limitation This is hard, because I like nearly that whole list!

But I think mozzarella is probably the most versatile. That said, I love pretty much everything but pepperjack and bleu cheese and their derivatives.

Depends on what I’m eating

If it’s any kind of sandwich, I like American cheese the best- especially white American (Colby Jack is also pretty good)
To add to pasta, l like using shredded Cheddar
And for eating plain, nothing beats Mozzarella pearls (or plain cheese curds, they’re delicious )
