I am not a huge fan of Gordon Ramsay - he seems a bit full of himself - but he is a great chef and this sounds very tastey. One of the reviews comments on adding smoked salmon to it - double yummy! I like chives with eggs.

I like a splash of heavy cream in my scrambled eggs, Makes them really light and fluffy.

I do not doubt his talents as a chef - he turns out some amazing looking stuff! But the scrambled eggs I've seen him make are so runny and loose it kind of turns me off to that style of cooking them.
