Cherry Eggers? What?

What is a Cherry Egger? I assume it's like an Easter Egger... but they lay pink eggs? Anybody have any pics?

A cherry egger is, to the best of my knowledge, another name for a red-sex-link. which are *awesome* layers and lay brown eggs.

Oh. I had some of those, they were cute. Deceiving nickname though...

As others have said, they are just a production bred red. I am not sure what breeds are in their background. I had some for the longest time and they were nice layers of brown eggs (no, not cherry colored eggs unfortunately).
