Cherry pits?

I may have access to a lot of cherry pits. Can I feed them to my chickens? Or perhaps I should ask, what would happen if I fed cherry pits to my chickens.

Cherry pits contain arsenic. I wouldn't feed them to anything.

I doubt they could grind a cherry pit up in their gizzard. I wouldn't give em to them.
