Miss Prissy....i need your help. My Lamp kit does not have the screw setup likes urs does it is already pre-wired with the white-ribbed as Positive and the Non-ribbed as Negative. How do i then wire from the lamp to the thermostat??? I am assuming the brass screw acts as a ground?

Take one wire off the brass lamp screw and put it on the thermostat. take a short piece of extra wire and wire it from the brass lamp screw to the other screw on the thermostat.

What Brand/type of hygrometer/thermometer are people using and any idea of the cost. This is such a great project that I am going to do with the kids.
