What is the best natural antibiotic I can use for an injured chicken? Are there any over the counter pain meds that are safe to use, and what dosage for a 7 - to 8 week old chicken? Fully feathered?

It cand stand on its leg or maybe it's the foot. I'm no expert but doesn't appear broken. Small wound at the leg joint, and on its back. Eyes and beak is clear. It would be much easier to give you information if we could see any wounds, and have some idea of injuries and what happened. Most dosing is done by body weight rather than age. We have all seen many horrific injuries, there is no judgement here, just efforts to help.
Thank you! I will try the sling right away. The splinting manual is a huge help. I attempted wrapping her foot she was able to stand and eat for about 5 minutes but I think I will read the manual and re wrap.I will attach a splinting manual, it explains how to examine for a fracture, and how to splint if necessary. Without xrays, or being able to feel it myself, it's hard to say if there is a fracture, or if it's just sprained or strained and swollen and sore.
You can use a sling for periods, to help her stay upright and rest the leg. You do need to supervise while she's in it, you don't want her to struggle to get out and hurt herself more. Some of them tolerate it well, some freak out. I will attach images of examples. It will also make it easier for her to eat and drink and poop. For the superficial wounds I would just flush them well with a chlorhexidine solution (hibiclens), or sterile saline, or plain soapy water, dry them off and apply a plain triple antibiotic ointment.
