I'm in Apalachin. You know the great NYS debate on what defines Upstate from Downstate. Here, we define Upstate as everything other than NY City and the metro area immediately outside it.Thanks very much!!! You could tell I am a newbie lol.

Wow! They are beautiful. Just the right flock size for a household i think. I am sure you get a steady supply of good quality eggs. Bec they are free ranged. I mean orangy yolk and firm egg whites. I have a flock of 11 with 16 chicks coming next month. Mixed flock. Here are some of them.

Yes, I do! They aren't free ranged any longer. They are kept in a 1/4-acre electrnetted pen but it will stay green for them.Wow! They are beautiful. Just the right flock size for a household i think.
