Chick acting not normal

I have chick that about a week old now has been doing fine so far. Thus morning checkedin them and was by itself and wasn't responding well. Picked it up didn't get flustered like normal just sat there. Got it to drink a little but not eat do I took food mixed little water and it ate it about 3 times then threw up. Now chick is just laying down and won't move much. I hav3 since separated it and put it by itself. Any suggestions

No it is not. Seems really weak and just lays down. Not sure if it just tired or something wrong with it.

Breathing is fine she just not active now and lays there.

I don’t think there is anything you can do. You can cull or let her pass on her own. I’m sorry. I lost a week old chick 2 months ago. I know it’s hard.

You can try to give her electrolyte or sugar water in a dropper. It will help her along. Don't give up yet.
