Last night I had a fan on high pointing at me, no blankets, and my body was cooler because I had gone swimming a little bit before. I couldn't fall asleep for three hours. So I fell asleep at 2 am woke up at 7 am.

Now it's back to muggy again. Ugh, how will I fall asleep?
