Chick Age Estimation

I have been brooding some chicks for about a week and a half now and one chick is quite a bit bigger than the others and much more feathered. I think she's older and if anyone has an idea of age range or anything I would love to know! She isn't turning roo is she, I don't think she is but I worry

Some individuals will grow and feather faster than others. Do you have all the same breed?

No, I have a mixed flock(two Orpingtons, two brown sexlinks, a gold laced Wyandotte, and an Ameraucana). I'm watching for pecking of course

That's probably right. Sorry for worrying so much, it's my first time raising chickens if that's not already pretty obvious
