All joking aside though, this past year has been really hard on me with my hips, and sacrum, and this past winter has been h#ll walking through the snow to the barn.

This morning I was so happy to not have to put on 14 layers of clothes, but that snow is all 'rolly' and hard to walk on still.

Oh speaking of weather.... did you see Monday's overnight temps?

You mean Thursday's? It's still above freezing here tonight, but it starts dropping Wednesdsay...

And yes, winter is becoming harder and harder to handle. Even without all the 'problems', I'm glad I'm not at the trailer. This winter might have done me in!

I'm used to getting double copies of your texts, but this time it was two different messages saying the same thing! Snow all day here, and hovering just below freezing.

I am SICK and TIRED of this! I'm also sick with a head cold. Bleh.

Bunnies are doing fine. My 7 month old doe, Bumblebee, the blue harlequin I held back last autumn, has decided to get moody with hormones. She growls at me when I need to go into her cage to feed or water.

Once the weather decides it's going to stabilize! I cannot remember such a crazy winter in recent memory.

Mild today, then drops off tonight to -11C and won’t warm up until next week. Frost still in the ground, but snow is going slowly.

I've stopped looking at more than a couple of hours ahead. The forecast has changed so often this week, I have to do it's laundry!

That being said, it's *supposed* to be nice on Sunday. Also, all the sun today, regardless of sub-freezing temps, should help snow progress.

There's green grass growing next to the house! A foot over and it's snow. Yes, this is the south facing wall.
