Chick aggression with injuries

wow, what type of chicken was it? guess ive been lucky

The one I had was a cochin bantam. The other bantam cochins I have are pretty sweet (but BOSSY) and made really good moms. Guess that one was just a bad egg for some reason.

It looked exactly like a Speckled Sussex chick so I doubt that it was anything other than that. The chick just had issues, as soon as you put the chick in with other chicks it would start picking, and picking, and picking. Eventually picking was not enough and it would start yanking. Pretty insane!

i agree. but now i wonder why? next mission, i have to go looking! haha
