chick aggression.....

Hello one of my 3 day old coturnix is running around/chasing the other chicks pecking there head and tails and seems to be bullying all the chicks especially a crippled chick with splayed legs. is this harmless fun or a sign I should cull it for aggression? ps I use a read heat lamp and have a 4x4 brooder(19 chicks)

I think it is plain aggression. If he does not stop, you should separate the chick if he/she does not stop. Maybe you should put him in a small crate or something along those lines. I hope the chick stops pecking at the others!!
