do you have a sterile needle syringe to see what is in there ? not sure if any vets close work on birds ? do you know if there is

Yes i am debating about the needle to see what is in there i have also read that it can resolve on its own I am hoping I get someone to comment their experience of it resolving without poking a hole in her and possible bacteria entry way.

I do understand that how big is it like a softball or squishy like rubber soft

You should be able to tell if it's air by giving it a little tap or flick. It should sound hollow if it's filled with air. Otherwise it's most likely a filled with fluid.

well she is a small bird i would say about the size of an egg and it feels like an air balloon

I'm reasonably positive it is air. Do you think it will resolve on its own?

I have to say my first time with it I am not sure what does worry me if not tested will it be to late? if it is infection it will kill her

I feel if it is infected she would be showing more signs. She is not acting sick the skin is not discolored.

your call there keep a watch on her if it grows or changes yell I agree if it had infected you would see more in her ways but so young might spring back
