Chick attacked by older ones

I got to work and was called that a baby was attacked by the older girls. She was taken inside, head washed and put by herself. Looks like they ripped all her head feathers off or basically scalped her, her eyes are ok.

[/IMG]I have meds I can start when I get home in the morning but any advice is appreciated

Ouch! Poor baby. If it were my chick I'd keep it isolated until those feathers come back and its had a chance to grow a bit. Neosporin, cleanliness, and time heal lots of things. Maybe some extra protein and electrolytes to help combat the shock and stress. Good luck!!
