if the membrane is solid white, it is not shrink-wrapped. When the membrane start drying out, it starts turning a tan color. If you had to pip the egg for it, I don't think there is any way that it could have become shrink-wrapped. It just isn't ready to hatch

I agree... If it hasn't even piped the inner membrane it isn't ready.. I would ensure the humidity stays up and its membrane stays moist at this point.
 
It passed away before the inner membrane started relaxing. It's yolk sac still there. It seemed fully formed. Maybe if I had caught it sooner.

If it hadn't piped the inside and there were still blood vessels there was nothing you could have done

Thank you for helping. Just frustrating. Especially since none of my girls are sitting. I think it might be the eggs. I had left the eggs hoping that the girls would sit and we had some very cold nights.
