He needs to stay warm....the bator is a good spot...but NOT where the others can bother him.
A coffee cup with a napkin folded under him would be good.
There is not much you can do but wait.

I have never seen a chick with this much blood from hatching by itself.
Something isn't right and it may not make it.
The less you mess with it the better.

I think that since the wound was on her belly the other chicks couldn't peck at it.

They can and will. Chickens see red and suddenly their only object is to get it. I've even had chickens attack my rooster for that reason.

I would keep them apart till she's 98% healed up. If she scratches that scab open it'd be a bad situation.
