chick birth defect

Has anyone ever seen a baby chick with two vents??? We just noticed that one of our two week old chicks (layers) has two vents...the poop was stuck to it, so as we started to wipe it clean we notice a vent on each side of its tail! Are we able to keep it???? Will it lay?
