Chick blinding???

My chick is hatching and im wondering if he's being blinded by the light. He's taking FOREEVVVEEERRR!!!!!!!!!!! He's facing the bulb so I'm wondering if should move him..
It's been 22 hours since he pipped and he hasn't made muck progress,,........ I'd really appreciate you guys wisdom.

Nope, just leave it be. They can take up to 24 hours or longer to hatch.
