I made a splint for my hen when she was a baby and it worked wonderfully! I tried it a couple different ways with different kinds of medical tape but I think the one that stayed on the best was when I used cardboard and taped it to her feet. She hated it, and I had to re-do it a few times, but overall it only took a few days of wearing these "shoes" to straighten out those toes. Now she is a happy and healthy hen and you would never know that she used to have weird feet!
