chick born with bad foot

She was born like this. Can the foot be fixed?

I've never had good luck with any born with odd feet, it just gets harder for them as they get older, especially since they use those one to scratch and one to stand on in order to eat. Mine always ended up dying within a few weeks. Other may have better answers? Good Luck!
