Agree, soak in warm Epson Salt bath, try to remove the crud if it doesn't come off then it's probable it's excess keratin as Chickassan stated. IF the crud comes off, then dry & try to tape the toes straight with Vet Wrap. The curled toes if not a deformity probably a vitamin deficiency (Riboflavin), start Vitamin B Complex mashed in some chick starter.

Thank you all. So far it is getting around fine. I have been out of town but will try soaking it when get back.
