I have a one week old chick who is breathing heavy. I putt electrolytes in in water about two hours ago. Anything more I can do?!

Yes, I changed their water twice today. Both times mixed electrolytes. Their bums are all looking good. I check all the babies bums daily.Keep getting her to drink water with electrolytes or sugar. Is her vent clean or pasted?
