Chick bullying other chicks

So I got two chicks yesterday and two chicks today and one of the new chicks from today is bullying the two chicks that I got yesterday! The bully is pecking the two chicks nostrils, causing them to turn red. I have separated the chicks and I'm wondering what I should do to stop the bullying?? I think they are all around 3-4 days old. (Does the bullying mean its a rooster?)

Should I give away the bully? I think I know someone who also has chicks who can take it.

I picked up 5 chicks this afternoon and I have Barred Rock that is bullying the other Barred Rock and won't leave her alone at all. She chases her around the brooder being a brat. What can I do?

Separate the bully from the others for a day or two, using wire mesh to divide up the enclosure. When they're this young it's more likely that the chick is acting out of curiosity rather than actual bullying, but you don't want it to escalate.
