My button quail did that. The ones that hatched went around attacking the movement coming from the hatching eggs and broke their siblings out. Unfortunately that also led to some damage on one of the last chicks to hatch while I was sleeping. The next morning I found it half out of it's egg mostly feather picked and a little bloody. Didn't survive. Definitely remove chicks like that before you go to bed or leave the incubator for an extended period of time.
